The whole application procedure is in two phases：
    (a) Sample test phase；
    (b)Review phase by Ministry of Health；
    Total time(until receiving the certificate) =（a）+（b）
    Remark：We finish the application documents synchronously with procuct inspection.

（一）、Sample Test Phase
    (1) General products: 60 days.
    （2）Imported special-purpose products:
    ●Perm Product： 60days.
    ●Speckle dispel , sun screen, deodorant, depilatories and hair colorants products：80 days，
    ●Health beauty and breast figure products: 150days.
    ●Hair care products: 180days.

（二）、Review Phase by Ministry of Health
    The review meeting is held by Ministry of Health bimonthly, so the application would be submitted to the Ministry of Health before the 10th of February, April , June, August and December in each year and reviewed by the expertise members in the last ten-day period in the same month . Generally , the approval document would be issued in about 1.5 months after the meeting .

    The whole procedure of application for Record and Credential of the Imported (Non-)Special-Purpose Cosmetic Products would be smoothly completed in three to six months depending on the product types.
